Garlic Minted Taters with Smoked BBQ Chicken

A nice simple set up at the start of summer.

 Carrots and taters already prepped, ready for the low n' slow.

Butterfly, hammer and dry rub em up.

  Looking good, nearly done!  Whoo wee!

You smell that?

All that calls for a celebration handstand!
